"Contain" is the title of a multimedia piece created by Olaf Bisschoff and myself. Animated visuals of swallows in flight are projected onto two oil-on-canvas landscapes by Bisschoff. The version on the album is the first half of the soundtrack to the piece. The work was entered for the prestigious South African Brett

Kebble Art Awards in 2005 and was selected as a finalist. In a weird and traumatic twist of fate, the Awards were canceled following the murder of the patron, Brett Kebble, in September 2005. The piece was finally unveiled at a solo exhibition of Bisschoff’s work in Melville, South Africa in April 2006.
